The Director will develop a world-class, program-wide institute that provides a comprehensive range of superior training, development and certification for our sales, account management, pricing, underwriting and other marketing professionals for all the regions.
Fifteen years leading a national training and development program is preferred. This position reports to the Senior Vice President, National Health Plan Manager. A bachelor’s degree is required.
